Coeliac Blood Test
This test is a simple first step to check for coeliac disease. It looks for a specific antibody called tTG-IgA, which is usually raised if your immune system is reacting to gluten. At the same time, it checks your total IgA level to make sure the result is accurate. You’ll need to be eating foods containing gluten when the test is done, otherwise it may not show the right result. If the test comes back positive, further checks may be recommended to confirm a diagnosis.

B12, VitD, Folate + FBC/LFT
- Measures the level of vitamin B12 in the blood.
- Used to check for deficiencies that can cause anaemia, neurological symptoms, and fatigue.
Vitamin D Test (25-hydroxyvitamin D)
- Measures the amount of vitamin D in the blood.
- Helps assess bone health, calcium absorption, and immune function.
Folate (Vitamin B9) Test
- Checks folate levels in the blood.
- Important for red blood cell production, DNA synthesis, and preventing certain types of anaemia.
Liver Function Tests (LFTs)
- A panel of tests that measure enzymes, proteins, and substances made by the liver.
- Includes ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin, albumin, and total protein.
- Used to assess liver health, detect inflammation, damage, or impaired function.
Full Blood Count (FBC)
- Measures the different types and numbers of cells in the blood:
- Red blood cells (RBC), haemoglobin & haematocrit – oxygen-carrying capacity.
- White blood cells (WBC) – immune system health and infection markers.
- Platelets – blood clotting ability.
- Red cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW) – help diagnose anaemias and related conditions.
£130 (Clinic Price)

Folate (Vitamin B9) Test
- Checks folate levels in the blood.
- Important for red blood cell production, DNA synthesis, and preventing certain types of anaemia.
Iron Profile
- Ferritin shows how much iron your body is storing. Low ferritin can indicate iron deficiency; high ferritin can indicate iron overload or inflammation.
- Iron measures the amount of iron currently in your blood, available for use in making red blood cells.
- Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) – shows how much iron your blood can carry; it reflects the level of transferrin, the iron-transport protein.
- Transferrin Saturation – the percentage of transferrin that is actually carrying iron; low levels suggest iron deficiency, high levels suggest iron overload.
- Unsaturated Iron Binding Capacity (UIBC) – the part of transferrin that is not bound to iron; helps complete the picture of how much iron your blood can still carry.
£110 (In-Clinic Price)

Lipid Profile
- Cholesterol (Total Cholesterol) – the overall amount of cholesterol in your blood. High levels can increase the risk of heart disease.
- HDL Cholesterol (High-Density Lipoprotein) – the “good” cholesterol that helps remove excess cholesterol from your blood. Higher levels are better.
- HDL % of Total – the proportion of your total cholesterol that is HDL. A higher percentage is generally healthier.
- LDL Cholesterol (Low-Density Lipoprotein) – the “bad” cholesterol that can build up in your arteries. Lower levels are better.
- Non-HDL Cholesterol – all the cholesterol that is not HDL; includes LDL and other potentially harmful types. Helps assess cardiovascular risk.
- Triglycerides – a type of fat in your blood. High levels can increase the risk of heart disease and pancreatitis.
Magnesium test
- This test measures the amount of magnesium in your blood. Magnesium is important for your muscles, nerves, heart, and bones. Low or high levels can cause health problems, so this test helps your doctor check your balance.

FAQs
Your questions answered
An online consultation includes a full discussion of your symptoms, medical history, and any relevant lifestyle factors. Your practitioner may guide you through simple checks you can do at home and review information such as photos, symptoms and observations. You’ll receive a clinical assessment, tailored advice, and, if appropriate, prescriptions or referrals. A written summary and follow-up plan will also be provided
Inuvi typically delivers accurate test results within 24 hours of sample receipt at the laboratory. That means from the moment the lab receives your blood sample, results are usually completed and reported within a day
Appointments will take anywhere between a 10 minute video consultation to discuss your capillary test kit to a 20 minute appointment in order to take your in-clinic blood test or a full 30 minute consultation face-to-face with your selected practitioner for a full assessment and diagnosis
You will have the choice to simply just receive your results whether this may be a stool sample, blood test or microbiology swab. Follow up appointments will be provided for blood test results explained in depth if desired. This would be our most recommended pathway in order to analyse your results and provide any subsequent treatment or advice neccessary
