Frankie Munns is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and independent prescriber with over 12 years of experience across NHS and private healthcare settings.
He began his career as a paramedic with the London Ambulance Service, attending high-acuity trauma and critical care cases across the capital. This frontline experience built a strong foundation in rapid assessment and decision-making under pressure.
He went on to work in urgent care and emergency departments as an Emergency Care Practitioner, developing advanced skills in minor injury and acute illness management, before moving into general practice as an independent prescriber, delivering patient-centred care across a wide range of conditions. He has also worked within NHS 111 clinical assessment services, strengthening his ability to assess risk and manage patients safely in high-demand environments.
Frankie is the founder of BioFit Health, a CQC-registered clinic providing rapid access to senior-led medical care. His vision is to move away from rushed, protocol-driven appointments and instead give patients the time they need, ensuring they feel properly listened to while receiving clear, effective treatment and continuity of care.
Alongside his clinical background, Frankie is a qualified Occupational Health Technician and has undertaken Level 7 study in Occupational Medicine. He works within a wider clinical network to support workforce health, reduce absence, and enable safe return to work.
He also holds a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition Coaching and Therapy and is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, reflecting his broader focus on health optimisation and preventative care.
Through BioFit Health, Frankie delivers a professional, responsive, and trusted service, combining clinical expertise with a modern, accessible approach to private healthcare for both individuals and organisations.
