Frankie Munns
Founder & Prescribing Practitioner
Frankie Munns is an experienced clinician with over 10 years of frontline and advanced practice across emergency, urgent, and primary care settings. He began his career as a paramedic with the London Ambulance Service, attending high-acuity trauma and critical care cases across the capital.
Building on this foundation, Frankie progressed into urgent care and emergency departments as an Emergency Care Practitioner, where he developed strong clinical decision-making skills and advanced capabilities in minor injuries and acute illness management. He later moved into general practice, working autonomously as an independent prescriber, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care for a wide range of minor and chronic conditions.
Frankie is both a Nutrition Coach & Therapist and remains passionate about bridging the gap between the medical world, nutrition and wellness.
Ellie Munns
Registered Nurse
Ellie is a highly experienced Registered Nurse, proudly registered with the NMC for over seven years. She began her career as a Band 5 nurse in a fast-paced Medical Receiving Unit attached to A&E, where she quickly demonstrated clinical skill and leadership, earning promotion to Band 6. She later progressed into Intensive Care (ITU), where she provided expert care to critically unwell patients, including throughout the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Known for her calm presence and genuinely caring nature, Ellie brings both clinical excellence and compassion to every patient interaction. At BioFit Health, she plays a key role in the nursing team, supporting with blood tests, ECGs, and other diagnostic services to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.
